While it is uncommon, if any of our products arrive damaged due to production or shipping, Customeeple guarantees their return. We understand the importance of receiving products in pristine condition, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. However, please keep in mind that our products are handmade or produced in limited runs, and minor imperfections or variations may occur, adding to their unique character and charm. These slight variations do not qualify as a reason for return, as they are inherent to the nature of our craftsmanship.

In accordance with consumer rights, you may also be entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal under certain circumstances. The right of withdrawal allows you to return the product and receive a refund within a specified timeframe. Please note that the right of withdrawal applies to non-customized products and does not extend to personalized or customized items made to your specific preferences.

To initiate a return under the right of withdrawal, please follow these steps within the specified timeframe (typically 14 calendar days) from the date of receiving the shipment:

  3. The buyer is responsible for arranging the return shipment, including covering the shipping cost.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure that it meets the criteria for return under the right of withdrawal. If the return is approved, Customeeple will refund the purchase price through the original payment method used during the purchase process. Please note that in the case of a withdrawal, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost associated with the return. However, if the item is found to be faulty or defective, all costs, including shipping, will be covered by Customeeple
