Returns

Although it should not be normal, if by any chance one of our products arrives with any damage that occurred during production or shipment, Customeeple guarantees its return. The customer must bear in mind that our products are made in limited runs and it is normal that there are slight variations in color of the images or videos on the web, these small differences will not be a reason for return.

To this end, the buyer has 15 calendar days from the moment he receives the shipment, and must contact Customeeple by email at hello@customeeple.com. The buyer should ideally send a photograph or image of the product in order to be able to judge its condition. Then the customer should send the item back to us paying any cost for that shipment. Once we have received the item and checked it if the return is correct Customeeple will also refund the return shipping costs.

Customised products are not returnable unless they are faulty or broken.
