We want you to be happy with your order. If any item arrives damaged due to production or shipping, we’ll replace or refund it — just get in touch.
Please note that many of our products are handmade or produced in small batches, so minor imperfections or variations may occur. These are part of the product’s character and not considered defects.
Right of Withdrawal (for non-custom products)
In line with consumer rights, you may return a product under the right of withdrawal, as long as:

The product is not customised.

It is returned within 14 calendar days from delivery.

It is unused and in its original packaging.
How to request a return:

Email us at hello@customeeple.com with your order number and your intention to return.

We’ll reply with instructions and any required documentation.

You’ll need to ship the product back to us at your own cost.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll refund the purchase price using your original payment method.
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we’ll also cover the return shipping costs.
