2. Products and Custom Orders
Many of our products are handcrafted or produced in limited runs, so small variations or imperfections may occur. These are not considered defects.
Customised or personalised items are made to order and cannot be modified, cancelled or returned, except in case of production errors or damage.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer (order processed once payment is received)
- Credit/Debit Card via Redsýs secure gateway
- PayPal (handling fees apply)
Orders are not processed until payment has been confirmed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. If no rate is shown for your location, please contact us.
We do not profit from shipping fees — they are adjusted by weight and packaging. If a lower shipping tier ends up being applicable, we may refund the difference.
Free or Discounted Shipping
We offer free shipping for larger orders:
- Spain/Portugal: Free shipping on orders over 100€
- Europe: Free shipping on orders over 200€
- Rest of the world: Free shipping on orders over 300€
We also offer flat rates for large orders:
- Europe: 10€ shipping for orders over 100€
- Outside Europe: 15€ for orders over 150€
Shipping Methods
- Spain/Portugal:
- Local pickup: available on request in Vigo, contact us before ordering.
- Correos economy shipping: low-cost, no tracking, not recommended for valuable orders.
- Correos Certified: tracked and insured, delivery in ~72h.
- Courier (UPS / FedEx): recommended, tracked and fast (typically under 1 week after dispatch)..
5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us at hello@customeeple.com with photos.
- We will replace items damaged in production or quality control.
- If damage occurred during shipping, we will only replace it if a tracked/secure method was chosen.
Voluntary Returns
You may return non-customised, unused items within 14 days of delivery under the right of withdrawal.
Conditions:
- The product must be unopened and unused.
- You must cover return shipping costs.
- Once we receive and check the item, a refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Customised products cannot be returned unless defective.

6. Intellectual Property
All website content (designs, images, text, etc.) is property of Customeeple or its licensors.
Official licensed products are clearly marked as such and produced under agreement with the respective rights holders.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays, lost parcels, or damage caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control. We will, however, do our best to help resolve any issues.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Vigo (Pontevedra), Spain.
