Shipping, Handling & Pay options

1. Shipping

  • How do I calculate my shipping cost?

The easiest way to calculate them is to fill your cart and checkout. Don’t worry before completing your order the different shipping options will appear, and you can get a quote of how much we will charge for shipping. If by any case the web doesn’t give you a quote for your address please contact us.

We never try to earn money through shipping and your shipping cost are calculated by weight. Since shipping does not relate to value. There will be cheap products very expensive to ship and costly ones relatively cheap. There is a small correction in weight to compensate the box and protection however we will refund if the parcel is placed in a more expensive shipping step than what it cost us.

  • Free & Flat rate Shipping options

We will take charge of the shipping fees for huge orders, depending on your location:

  • Free Shipping for all the orders over 100€ in Spain/Portugal,
  • Free Shipping for all the orders over 200€ for orders inside Europe and
  • Free Shipping for all the orders over 300€ for orders in the rest of the World.

Also if your order is big enough and your reach half the free shipping we will subsidy a big part of the shipping cost so you will only pay a part of the actual cost. Currently, we offer a 10€ Flat rate for orders inside Europe over 100€ and a 15€ Flat rate for orders above 150€ outside Europe.

  • Shipping methods

Spain/Portugal

  •  Correos economy shipping: The product will be shipped as a standard postal card. This shipping method is intended to be used with small value orders and to prevent any abuse it cannot be selected for orders above 500 gr. Notice that this is an unsecured method of shipping and does not have any tracking, so we won´t take charge if the package is lost of suffers any damage during the transportation.
  • Correos Express/Certified: This is our standard shipping inside Spain, secured and certified. The parcel will be shipped as a Correos Standard Parcel and should be received in no less than 72 hours. If for whatever reason you don’t want to use Correos or need the parcel to be sent to a Post office and pick up it when you want it can be done, just contact us in our mail hello@customeeple.com
  • Local pickup: Thought we normally don’t offer it on the web if you happen to be in our local town we are always glad to see our customers and have a little chat. Just contact us before making the order.

Europe/ Rest of the world

  •  Correos economy shipping: As above the product will be shipped as a standard postal card. This shipping method is intended to be used with orders of small value and to prevent any abuse it cannot be selected for any orders above 500 gr. Also, notice that this is an unsecured method of shipping and does not have any tracking, so we won´t take charge if the package is lost or suffers any damage during the transportation.
  • Correos Certified: This method uses the Spanish post office as in the previous one, but the parcel is registered and secured by us. Normally in Europe, this method is better for parcels under 500 gr but everything above will be cheaper and faster by using GLS. Notice also that using the post office is a slow shipping method. Roughly it could take 1-2 weeks for deliveries in Europe and 2-3 weeks for the USA/Canada or Oceania. Beyond that it can experience some unpredictable delays.
  • Agency Courier : Our recommended delivery option. Normally the delivery should take no more than 1 week after the parcel leaves our office.

2. Returns

If by any chance you receive any wrong product or it is damaged,  please contact us as soon as possible using the return form or sending us a mail. Once you have filled it we will contact you and we will try to correct your problem. Please include a few images of the status of the pieces so we can check what is exactly the problem.

We will always replace any damaged products if they were damaged during the production or it doesn’t meet our production standards. If the products were damaged during shipping we will only take charge and replace the broken items if you selected a secure shipping method for your order, like “Correos certified shipping” or “GLS

We will accept returns of non-damaged products only if the original envelope has not been removed and the product has been not manipulated. You have 14 days since the delivery date. And you need to take charge of shipping back the product to us. Once we have checked that the product is in good shape we will refund the money.

3. Payment options

Currently, we accept the following payment option for orders on our web:

1. Bank Transfer

We accept a transfer to our bank account, once the order has been completed we will provide you our account number. As usual, expect a few days of delay until the bank confirms us the transfer.

2. Credit Card Payment

We use the Redsýs payment gateway that includes VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro. All Payments are processed by that platform using a 100% secure system that does not endanger your credit or debit card details. In any case, we do not store credit cards nor do we share customers details with any 3rd Parties

3. Paypal

We also accept payment through the PayPal method. Using this payment method we will charge an extra 0,35 € + 3,5% of the total of the order in the concept of handling fees. This extra cost is never paid using other payment options.
