Due to the neoprene sublimation process, the final size may vary slightly. A tolerance of up to ±2 cm is considered normal. Returns or refunds will not be accepted based solely on this size variation.
Depending on destination and shipping method, the mat may be shipped folded. Any fold marks will disappear after a short time once the mat is laid flat or gently rolled in the opposite direction.
